Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the time of our practitioners. To reserve your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated. Appointments canceled more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time may be canceled free of charge. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
