Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Wild Wisdom Collective by 10:00 AM on the day of your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations by 10:00 AM Appointments canceled or rescheduled by 10:00 AM on the day of the appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after 10:00 AM on the day of your appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not contact us to cancel, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Card on File & Payment You are not charged for your service when you book online. Payment for your service is due in full, in person, at the time of your appointment. Card information provided during online booking is used to secure your appointment and may be used to collect applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If something outside of your control prevents you from attending your appointment or canceling by 10:00 AM, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation or no-show fees may be waived at the discretion of Wild Wisdom Collective staff. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. By booking an appointment with Wild Wisdom Collective, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
