The tree in this breathtaking cut-work applique piece is cut from a single piece of cloth. All of the edges are folded under, pressed, and stitched down by hand. Three women work for three days to finish one wall hanging. This artwork is a beautiful expression of the intrinsic link between humankind and our environment.
