Community Grieving Ritual

This grief gathering is a place to allow grief to flow. Through a grounding body practice, a short sound journey with drum and voice, reflection, a simple ritual act, and open sharing, we create space for what has been dammed up to move again. No experience necessary. Sharing is optional.
